Was so very pleased with the solid wood finial pole ends. I had a window that was "extra" wide and I could not afford to purchase ready made wooden rods for the window, so I made mine out of a wooden closet pole and used these finials. Perfect......then I stained them together and it looked "store bought".

We stained these finials, also purchased the curtain rod holders from capitol city lumber . We stained and then used polyurethane. Purchased 7 sets of each. All excellant condition. Exactly as pictured and described and I saved alot of money by staining everything myself. I had found the poles on sale in a store and just needed the finials and rod holders. Perfect fit for the 1 3/8 wooden rod. Also, pleasant surprise is that the finial includes the screw to attach to the pole which is removable. They fit perfecty with the 1 3/8 poles. Fast shipping..Thanks!

I have no complaints about these at all. The cardboard has a cutout jig to center the finial on the pole. I would not go large than a 1". 1 1/4 is tight fit. The wood accepted stain well and paint. I also bought the wood curtain rod brackets. Same company and good quality. Order shipped faster than mentioned.
